Registration and app download was ok. Device and app work great. Updates are real-time and the replay function is great fun for me to see where my indoor/outdoor cat is going. My cat destroys and loses gps devices regularly so this time I attached this device with 2 silicone break away collars to see if the set up lasts longer.
Accurate tracking just hard to out on collar
DO NOT BUY, they don't work. All it does is track where you are through the app. It does not show the actual location of the tracker. I realized something was wrong when it told me my dog was 25 miles away at my work when in reality she was sitting next to me at home. They sent me a replacement and it immediately did the exact same thing. Neither one of them worked.
It is really lightweight and was a breeze to set up. I’m not a fan of monthly subscriptios fees, so this one is exactly what I was looking for. It even came with a nice-quality collar for free, which was a pleasant surprise. So far, it does everything I need and I’m very happy with it.
It works really well and even shows me where in my house the tracker is when I was testing it out. This is a true GPS tracker which was really important to me because most of these tracker things rely on Bluetooth which only has a range of like 30 to 50 ft... If my pet has run away 30 to 50 ft then I'm not so worried really right? Anyway. There's no way to put this stupid thing on the collar. Maybe if you had like a leather collar that Scott a flat and you could do it but on like 90% of the collars that are nylon and have a buckle on each end there's literally no way to put this on your collar. I mean it's obvious is anything what it's supposed to be doing but it can't do it. I managed to rig something up with zip ties that'll work fine enough but if I've been warned before ordering it I would have gone with one of the other options that's pretty much the same as this but it's obvious how you put it on the collar. It's just nonsense. Tracks well though. Really impressed with the accuracy. Just got to figure out how to keep it on the dog though.
